Experience
After his graduation from the UBC law school in 2007 as the recipient of a number of awards including the Panvini Law Scholarship and the Bruce H McColl Memorial Prize in Human Rights, Geoffrey clerked with the BC Supreme Court, articled at a large firm, honed his litigation skills for three and a half years with one of Vancouver’s most highly regarded litigation boutiques, and joined Bleay Both Uppal LLP as associate counsel in 2013.
A pure litigator, Geoffrey has represented his clients at all levels of court in British Columbia (including as lead counsel in trial, major chambers, and appeal matters) and at the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as in numerous tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Civil Resolution Tribunal.
