Experience

Rikki’s focus has included significant work with land title and subdivision matters including those particular to strata corporations such as amendments to a strata plan, restrictive covenants, statutory right of ways, easement agreements, license agreements, amendment to common property or limited common property, designation or removal of limited common property, and a wide range of similar matters.

She is experienced in a variety of litigation matters and has appeared in at the Civil Resolution Tribunal, British Columbia Residential Tenancy Branch, British Columbia Provincial Court, and British Columbia Supreme Court.

Rikki also well versed in advising strata corporations, strata owners, and property managers on a broad range of strata matters including general strata governance, building remediation, reviewing consultant, contractor, and supplier contracts, and warranty claims.

Outside of the office, Rikki enjoys travelling, reading, hiking both locally and during her travels, and is always on the hunt for a great cup of coffee at new and local cafes.
